Check in is after 4pm. Check out is before 10am. $400 deposit due within 10 days to hold reservation. Reservation deposit becomes security/damage deposit, refundable after your departure. Full payment is required 21 days before arrival. No refunds if cancellation is made within 21 days of your scheduled arrival. We accept personal check or Paypal. Payable to Ken Blanchard. Reservations accepted up to 1 year in advance. Monthly Snow Bird rates available Fall and Winter. Please call for details. |
